Natural Health Consultation and Evaluation – a conversational approach to one’s health concerns.  Suggestions are based on a whole person perspective by taking into consideration nutritional, emotional and spiritual aspects of the individual.  Seeking the root cause allows for an individualized program; no two people are the same and there is no one size fits all suggestions.  Cost: $70-110/60-90 min – (paperwork completion required prior to appt. – sent via email)

Therapies:

Cranio-Sacral Therapy – a technique applying gentle touch along the spinal vertebrae and skull, activating the fluid traveling between the brain and spinal column.  This nourishes the brain and nerves, decreases stress, relieves tension, helping to restore systemic balance throughout the body.  Cost: $70/60 min

Lymphatic Therapy – Inflammation is an indicator that a lymphatic drain is in order.  The lymphatic system works with the circulatory system in the body.  It is vital in helping to remove waste from the cells, thereby improving all organ functions, increase blood flow to all tissues and improve the immune system.   Since this system does not have a pump like the circulatory system, it needs to be moved manually and this therapy is very effective in doing so.  Cost: $70/60 min
